The Mass211 Community Resources Database is made possible through a partnership between the Executive Office of Health and Human Services and Mass, 211, Inc. (a partnership of the Council of Massachusetts United Ways and the Massachusetts Association of Info rmation and Referral Services). 

The Mass211 Community Resources Database is intended to provide basic information regarding a service provider.  It is updated regularly and every effort is made to maintain timely and accurate listings.  However, it is important to understand that the Executive Office of Health and Human Services and Mass211 cannot control or guarantee the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of the information provided about an organization.  Mass211 is responsible for the maintenance of the information contained in the Resource Locator. 

The Mass211 Community Resources Database is a tool to help citizens learn about available services.  The Executive Office of Health and Human Services and Mass211 do not endorse any specific provider or service and encourage individuals to inquire with the provider organization, the state licensing authorities,  and advocacy organizations to determine if the service meets your needs.
